2013 WINTER LEARNING SERIES
National Electricity Rules - Back to Basics

 

Join YEP SA for a chance to network and learn as we kick off the 2013 Winter Learning Series by getting a helicopter tour of the National Electricity Rules and an update on recent amendments.

 

Tanya Denning, Partner, Ashurst Australia

 

Tanya's practice focuses on energy and resources projects, corporate transactional work and all aspects of oil and gas. She has a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial law in SA, WA and Queensland. Tanya has acted on some of the world's leading LNG, mining and energy projects and transactions, including the Olympic Dam mine expansion and energy related matters, the closure of the Playford B power station, the Alinta/AGL merger, and the divestment of part of NRG Energy's Asia Pacific portfolio of power stations.

 

Tanya has also completed a Master of Laws (Hons) (Energy & Competition) from Queensland University of Technology with a focus on electricity markets.
